Buy a digital thermometer. They are fast, accurate and all are calibrated.

Hi All,
We are looking to buy a calibrated thermometer (NIST traceable) that is
non-mercury. There's plenty of mercury ones out there but can't find the
non-mercury kind. Any one know of a source to check? Thanks!
