Biocare Medical has ionic beads that attracts the calcium out from the
specimen. You can use it up to 20 blocks, is really inexpensive and does
improve your immunos.

B-Plus fixative from BBC Biochemical works well for us.

What method do you utilize for the decalcification of bone marrow
specimens that does not impair immunohistochemical staining? We have
noted that our immunos (not surprisingly) stain less intensely on
decalcified bone marrow than on non-decalcified tissue and would like to
minimize this effect.
