Please, reply and suggest all of you who even tried once.

 

One of our researchers asked me to laser capture from the chick embryo,
using Veritas Arcturus LCM system.

 

Is there anyone who has any idea how to fix chick embryo (I don't know
age), probably whole embryo, and then how thick to section. I also need
protocol to fix section and then to stain.

 

In summary, I would be asking you completely protocol from beginning to
the end. Sorry, I am asking about very much.
