[Histonet] converting to a new path system

I have a hospital that is going from COPATH to Meditech. How have others
in the past converted the patients hx to Meditech? Does the Path
department keep COPATH up and running to access hx or do you just rely
on Med records to keep file of the information? Going back from 1992.
Med records only keeps 2 yrs in-house.
