Hello Everyone, I¹m looking for an antibody to stain microglia in rat brain sections. These will be perfused with formalin and sectioned at about 60 microns. I¹ll probably start with an ABC kit, but would also like the ability to use the antibody for immunofluorescence. Are there any recommendations? Thanks, Caroline Bass
