Nothing "typical" at all. I just understand that as an employer there
may be a bigger picture than just me. I have worked in hospitals and
also in private business so the civil "servant" comment is unnecessary
and actually pretty demeaning.

Typical civil 'servant' attitude. How many are really free to up and
leave. Smacks of the 'love it or leave it' crowd.
