[Histonet] tissue processor auto dial up

Good day all,
 
  Can any one offer information on how and where a auto dial up can be purchased for a tissue processor. We bought a new processor and the company is not very helpful as to where we can purchase the alarm and how to do so.
Any input would be appreciated.
