[Histonet] Methods for Freezing Tissue

I am wondering how others are freezing tissue for DNA and/or other
studies that needs to be frozen quickly and then held for later use.
Currently, we are using a Histobath, that utilizes methylbutane to
rapidly freeze tissue.  Prior to that, we were using liquid nitrogen.
Our Histobath is slowly on it's way out, and is no longer available for
purchase from Thermo Fisher (Shandon).  Any suggestions??
