[Histonet] IHC Staining Variations

Are you using a Lab Vision stainer? If so I am always having this
problem, even I programmed 3-drop zones with 200ul of reagent dropping
in each zone, for a total of 600ul per slide just to be sure that slide
fully covered. We invited their tech several times. He checked run,
clean and still sometimes I still have this kind of Staining Variations.
I never had this problem before when used DAKO stainer. 

 

Please, let me know when and how did you fixed your problems.
