[Histonet] specimen labels

Specimen labels should have at least:
Patient's name
a 2nd identifier (i.e. DOB or medical record # or both if you like)
JCAHO requires 2 patients identifiers to be on all bottles
Additionally to make it nicer for you etc
A) specimen site location
B) Doctor/surgeon
C) date of service
Are all good additional info.
