Hello everyone
I have a question about factor VIII staining in general. As I
understand it, F VIII will decorate endothelial cells and platelets
correct? Anything else? In particular, I am curious about areas which
contain fibrin....will the fibrin itself pick up the F VIII, or is it
the platelets/plasma that is making it positive? I've looked in the
literature, but can't find anything definitive and any help would be
appreciated. Everyone have a great weekend and thanks in advance.
