[Histonet] Gata4

[Marti Gaudes, Mercè]

Dear all

I'm trying to detect Gata4 in heart tissue, without good results. I have tried one antibody from Santa Cruz and one from Chemicon, and in both cases I didn't found any signal. I'm doing different antigen retrievals. Can you suggest me some protocol?
