We use H2O2 from the grocery store, works great. For FFPE, use it on depar.
slides for 5 min. However, I have found that on frozen tissue, some CD
markers are adversely affected by H2O2. On frozen tissue, we use an azide
block instead. I could send you the details or check histonet archives. Hope
