[Histonet] CPT code for finger nails using potassium hydroxide

There is no CPT code for KOH on nails and probably the cause is:
  1- not averybody soften nails before processing them;
  2- some HTs just "soften" nails while sectioning them, or
  3- is a procedure that takes only 30 min. with 10% KOH.
  Regardless, it is another step and I think there should be a CPT code for it.
