[Histonet] Surgical specimens

We always used a lab aide to pick-up specimens. We never wanted to depend on others to deliver the specimens, because there could be problems with the delivery hours fitting into our schedules.

Those of you that are hospital based........... Does surgery bring their
surgical specimens to you or do you go to surgery to pick them up? We
currently go to surgery, but since we are so short staffed...Did I
mention we have a FT HT/HTL position available???? I'm going to present
to my Lab director to see if I can get a "circulator" to deliver the
specimens? Just wanted to get a consensus.
