Have you ever thought about sponsoring a foreign applicant?

I ask this because I am a UK resident, and am currently trying to find 
employment in the USA. I have had alot of interest, due to my experience and 
qualifications however I find that people are put off when they realise they 
have to sponsor me, as the process can be quite lengthy.
