[Histonet] IHC and state requirements

Michelle,
in Texas, things are a little less slack. In some parts you do not have to 
be ASCP registered. As much as some people would like to be. We have been 
fighting for a licensure for years, but to no avail.
    In a nutshell (I prefer peanuts) rules are lax in Texas.
