[Histonet] perfusion fixation

I use a small perfusion pump for rats and mice, nothing fancy. Be sure 
to use a rate of flow that approximates the rate of circulation of the 
animal's blood. Also, some recommend extensive washing out of blood, I 
have found this to be a waste of time.
