[Histonet] Staining tissue in Embed 812 resin with Hematoxylin and Eosin?

Hi Larry:

    There is, in my opinion, no easy or good, way to do this. If there 
were, it would probably be in the archives. There were a lot of methods 
papers published in the late 1960's and into the early 1980's on various 
ways to get and H&E picture of glut. fixed, osmicated, plastic embedded 
tissue. The few I looked into seemed like way more trouble than the 
results demonstrated.
