The polymer kit has the advantage, that you don't have to think about
endogenous biotin. The disadvantage is, that in denser parts of the tissue
the polymer "sticks" and gives a higher background.
We had no problems with shelflife. When we receive the kit, shelfelife is
usually about 3-4 months.

Hi,
We are going to switch from the basic DAB kit to either the IVIEW or
UltraView.  Do any of you have preferences between the two?  If so- what are
the reasons?
