Multiple antibody stains done on prostate biopsy specimens require
particularly careful attention to the details of fixation.

Jonathan Epstein, the Johns Hopkins pathologist who's the grand guru
of prostate pathology (well, one of them, anyway) notes that he has a
very high rate of success with in-house biopsy specimens, all of which
are fixed in exactly the same way, but has much less satisfactory
results with paraffin blocks sent in consultation from other pathology
services.

If you use such a stain, expect to work on it a bit so that it works
in your particular fixation and processing systems.
