[Histonet] leukocyte IHC

Hello Histonetters,

I have been asked the following question. What are others using for IHC 
on leukocytes??


We are considering adding a leukocyte stain for some of the organ 
slides.  What would you recommend?  We have measured MPO activity in the 
organ homogenates and see significant changes with CO treatment.  Would 
you recommend MPO, or some other confirmatory stain?
