[Histonet] frozen brain

After fixation I always infiltrate the tissue in 30% sucrose at least
overnight before freezing.  The morphology is very well preserved and frozen
sections are great improved over trying to cut nbf fixed tissue frozen
without sucrose infiltration.

Does anyone have a protocol for freezing fixed (10% formalin) brain tissue?
Will cell morphology be compromised to a large extent?
