[Histonet] studies on digestive enzymes of fish laravae

Hello, i'm currently doing my M.Sc and working on histochemistry of fish larvae.
For this i will be looking at digestive enzymes of early development of fish larvae.
i'm not sure about the method of preparation before incubation sections.
in this study, i'm looking for acid phosphatase, alkali phosphatase and lipase enzymes.
i hope someone could give me some information on this.
