Our surgeon's sign the reqs. They do this before they suit up. Our
req is the official order for pathology and is filed in the chart.

Subject: [Histonet] Signed requisitions
Do labs require their pathology requisitions have the doctor's
signature?
I see no problem with the clinic specimens submitted with a signature.
But how does this work for the OR's? The surgeons "don't even see the
requisitions".
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
