[Histonet] slide labels

I was curious as to where people get their slide labels from? I am 
looking for xylene resistant labels that are custom made to display the 
laboratory name on them. Due to our small volume, there is no need to 
print the slide numbers on a laser printer so all I need is to be able 
to hand write the slide name on them.
