[Histonet] Sebaeous Gland

Are you dissecting out the sebaceous gland from the skin?  How would you do
that? I know for topical drug delivery studies we looked at the entire
pilosebaceous unit. So we just processed the entire skin specimen and
sectioned multiple levels.

Hello all!

We are trying to embed & section sebaceous gland from skin. I was
wondering if anybody had any idea on how I should go about its
processing and sectioning since it is so small! Should I be using any
special cassettes for processing?
