Hi Greg
we were confronted with the same problem and have switched now to clone
MI15, which gives us comparable results (on human FFPE tissue, mainly bone
marrow). MI15 is from Dako, CatNo M7228. We use it at 1.8 ug Ig/ml, HIER in
citrate, pH 6.0, pressure cooker. Hope this helps.

Subject: [Histonet] CD138 (Clone B-B4)

Hello all,
I'm looking for a source the the Ab. and clone in my subject line. Our
previous vendor (Serotec) informed us when we attempted to reorder that
it was no longer available from them. Thanks, Greg
