[Histonet] Re: Cox-2 Monoclonal Antibody

To all:
 
I will be running immunohistochemistry on biopsies of human esophagus
epithelium:  squamous (wh/ should be normal) and columnar mucosa (wh/ should be
a pre-cancerous condition known as Barrett's Esophagus).
 
Question(s):  1)  what would be good (+) controls for this antibody (Cox-2
Monoclonal)?   2)  Any other tips you could share with me?  Note:  I will be
doing this study manually.
