[Histonet] release of Pathology specimens

Tissue is released for cultural or religious reasons only.  When released, a 5 minute talk about the hazards of formalin is addressed and signed off by the tech and patient.

Does anyone have a policy/procedure for the release of pathology
specimens to patients? (placenta, extremities, etc)
