[Histonet] Hard Antibodies!

My antibody nemesis is CD31 on many species.  Some of the phosopho
antibodies are giving me big troubles as well.

Does anyone have any antibodies they consider especially hard to do? I'm 
curious because I know what we have trouble with in our lab but am curious 
if anyone else has the same issues...
