Joe, The scotch didn't help and I'm still trying to figure it out. We have a Ventana Benchmark and XT, the same crystalling preciptate on the same panel. Never has happened again and I really did not come up with a sound reason. I have looked into everything I could think of why it might have happened. Marcia
