[Histonet] SRY for liver

Dear histonetters! I have really a big problem with ISH on rat liver! I need
to do ISH of SRY gene on genomic DNA to distinguish between male and female
hepatocytes. Everything I do doesn't work, I have read a lot of articles,
tried everything: frozen and paraffin sections, different proteinases, but
it doesn't work. Maybe somebody works with SRY on liver cell? Please, it is
about half a year that I try, I am absolutely desperate. Thanks, Julie
