[Histonet] Shandon Sequenza(r) Immunostaining Center

Hello.
I was just wondering whether or not someone uses Shandon Sequenza(r)
Immunostaining Center for IHC? The reason i am asking is that do you use it
for all your IHC or in any specific cases. In my experience, I found that 2
slices of tissue on the same slide get different amount of reagents, so when
viewed under the microscope, they light up differently, showing different
levels of saturation with a chromogen.
