Has anyone had good luck staining with 1% phenylenediamine? I will be staining optic nerve heads of tree shrews..Most of the papers I've found are from the stone age..Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks, Tammy M. Bailey University of Alabama-Birmingham Vision Science Research Center
