Hi Dana,

We are using Santa Cruz's OCT 3/4 at 1:100 with Ventana's standard CC1
HIER solution on their instruments or 10" Biocare's BORG HIER solution
in a pressure cooker, which is as harsh as we get for off-line
retrieval. If you have any more questions let us know.

Subject: [Histonet] Oct-4, looking for it

Hello,
I am looking to find if any one is using or has used Oct-4
on formalin fixed paraffin embedded human tissue.
None of the vendors I usually use seem to have it.
What vendor? Dilution would be great too.
Thank you for any help.
