[Histonet] disaster plan

Does anyone have a disaster plan they could share with me?  I heard that
their was one from CAP or Clia or someone out there but have not been able
to find it.  We want to have a protocol in place for what to do with
precious tissue blocks stored from clinical trials in case of a disaster
(flood, fire, earthquake, hurricane, etc.).  is it recommended that these
things be stored in fire safety cabinets?
