[Histonet] ASCP EXAM

I was told the reason why they cut out the practical was because it was too
expensive to bring everyone to Chicago to score the slides. My question was
why doesn't ASCP mail the slides to the people instead of bringing the
people to the slides. I was told that everyone had to be in one place. Which
leads me to another question. Why not changes the rules?
I know, I know. I'm missing the point or something. Is it Friday yet?
