It all depends on how the territory is covered in your area.  Microm is now part of Richard-Allan Scientific, which is now part of Thermo...

There is undoubtedly a regional rep for Richard-Allan or Thermo somewhere near you, or perhaps a third-party (independent) group who could service the cryostat.  You'll probably get more info from others who respond.

I am trying to find out who services this cryostat.  Zeiss stopped servicing
this a while back and a transitional company took over.  I do not remember who
that was or if they still are the ones to contact--they did not offer service
contracts.  There is "nothing" wrong with the cryostat, but it could use an
overhaul (P.M.).
