[Histonet] question for all the mouse brain people out there!

Leaving them for 4 days won't make any difference compared with leaving them for 2 days.  In 2 days they are completely infiltrated. In 4 days they will still be completely infiltrated.  (I assume you are keeping them in the refrigerator!)
