I had an opportunity to set up a lab in Florida in which we had the Bond IHC stainer. The Florida field service specialist, Steve Westra, is excellent. He was there for about two weeks straight setting everything up. He actually showed up at 10 PM one night to fix a problem!!! The equipment is very good with good staining results and easy to use. I also went to their headquarters in Mass. for a week of training. They were all very professional and very focused on their training. I would recommend this product and company including their other products such as the Peloris tissue processor.
