[Histonet] Melanin Bleaching Epitope retrieval and tissue lifting

Dear Histonetters,

Does anybody have any tips of how to keep tissue sections on the slides
during heat mediated epitope retrieval after bleaching section with oxalic
acid and portassium permanganate.

The sections are skin and are only bleached for a matter of minutes.

Any help would be welcome.
