[Histonet] iNOS control tissue

I do iNOS, I will check to see what is recommended for a + control when I
get back to work tomorrow.

I will be staining sheep tissues for iNOS and would like to include a  
positive sheep control tissue to verify antibody specificity.  Would spleen
be 
adequate, or is there a better tissue?
