[Histonet] WARNING ABOUT LEICA MICROTOMES AND SERVICE and Suggestions needed

We had similar problems over 15 years ago (inept service, shipped us 
someone else's microtome, charged us for express shipping but shipped 
the equipment standard ground).
We bought another manufacturer's confocal 'scope due to Leica's poor 
service. Obviously an ongoing problem.
