[Histonet] Mast cell identification

Does anyone have experience using DAKO antibody-Mast Cell Tryptase?  We have been using giemsa stains but my pathologist has asked me to look for something more definitive to identify and stain mast cells.  If anyone could offer advice I would appreciate it.
