[Histonet] Mouse Brain IHC

We will be doing some mouse brain IHC, looking for members of the TGF-B 
superfamily protein and receptor expression, specifically AMH. Has 
anyone done any superfamily IHC in the mouse brain and could you share 
your protocols for techniques? I am not sure what is the best way to 
perform IHC-on fresh frozen or paraffin-embedded sections. Thanks to one
