[Histonet] Specimens after radiation treatment

Dear Histonetters:
Our department now and then receive surgical
specimens after radiation/chemotherapy treatment.
Tissues came from breast and skin. These specimens
very poor fixes, processes and cut.
Posfixation in 10% NBF, Davidson, Bouin and
reprocessing (by Johnson method) do not help.
There is any way to improve their quality?
We deal with FFPE secions for diagnostic purposes.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
