[Histonet] Problems STP 120 Spin Tissue Processor

In the laboratory we use a STP 120 Spin Tissue Processor. Sometimes, for reasons that nobody knows, the first paraffin containers appears solidified. The basket with biopsies is outside, in the high, several hours until I arrive in the morning. The technical service has not known how to solve it. Has somebody had problems with this model?
