For those who are performing West Nile Vrus (wnv) testing, using IHC, especially with a BenchmarkXT, on birds, what antibodies are you using? >From what companies? At what dilutions? I recently purchased from abcam and I have not a successful staining run yet. I have tried 4 different dilutions. I would truly appreciate suggestions.
