[Histonet] Dako CD4 on FFPE?

Has anyone been successful in using Dako's CD4 antibody for IHC on FFPE tissue.  I know that Dako does not recommend this antibody for IHC on FFPE tissues, but I was curious if anyone has tried it and gotten it to work.  If you were successful in this, could you please provide some protocol details.
